Policy Details

• 14-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.

• Refunds: Returns are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

Exchanges

• Found a better fit? We offer free return shipping on all exchanges for store credit.

• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future drop or "Recirculate" piece.
